We have a range of shipping options thanks to our long-term partnership with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff are educated to pack your items exactly as per the specifications we provide. Your items will undergo a thorough inspection and be adequately secured before being shipped. We deliver to thousands of customers every day from all over the world. This shows our commitment to be the largest online retailer on earth. Warehouses and distribution centres can be found in Europe and the USA.
It is important to note that orders with multiple items are given a processing time according to the particular item.
We will inspect each and every one of the items ordered before shipping. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between three and seven days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic, and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual inventory may change at any moment. It is possible that the inventory could run out once the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we're unable to offer either a return or exchange.
You are able to return a product in the event that it is not used and in the same condition as when you first received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
