Orders that include more than one item are given processing time in accordance with the item.
Prior to shipment, we inspect the ordered items carefully before shipping. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. The delivery estimate is between 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, as we are involved with multiple entities, including the factory and our storage. The levels of stock can change at any time. You may not receive your purchase after it has been placed.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased however, we're unable to give an exchange or refund.
The item cannot be in use and must be in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
