Orders with more than one item are assigned processing periods according to each item.

Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we cannot fully manage it due to the fact that multiple parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
Our policy is for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
