Our warehouse staff are highly trained to package your goods exactly according to the specifications we provide. Your items will go through a thorough examination and will be securely packaged before being shipped. Every day, we deliver to thousands of clients in different countries. This demonstrates our dedication to be the largest online retailer on earth. The warehouses and centers of distribution are located in Europe, as well as the USA.

Note: Orders containing multiple items will have a distinct processing time for each item.

Prior to shipping, we inspect the ordered items thoroughly before sending the items. Today, the majority orders will be sent within 48 hours. The delivery time is between 3-7 days.

Returns

We are not able to manage the stock in our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. Be aware that your order may be unable to fill once you've placed your order.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you made your purchase, we unfortunately can't give you a complete refund or exchange.

Your item must be in the original packaging and be unused. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
