Due to our longstanding partnership with UPS FedEx DHL as well as other major global carriers, we are able provide various shipping options. Our warehouse personnel will pack every item to our exacting requirements. Your items are carefully inspected and securely secured prior to shipment. Both Europe and the USA have warehouses and distribution centers.
It is important to note that orders with more than one item are given a processing time according to the specific item.
Prior to shipment, we will examine thoroughly the items you have ordered. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time is between 3-7 days.
Returns
We are not able to manage the stock in our warehouse and factory. Stocks can be changed at any time. It's possible that the inventory could run out once your order has been processed.
The period of time is 30 days. We will not return or exchange your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and be unused. You must have the item in its original packaging.
